In addition, Simone can provide services to those with insurance coverage from companies not on this list  as an "out of network" provider.  Please discuss your situation prior to your first appointment and she can have the proper documentation prepared for you to submit to your insurance company.

Please Note:  All clients are responsible for any co pays, deductibles, or other portion of the bill that remains unpaid by their insurance company.

Prior to your first visit you'll want to contact your insurance company to verify -

• That your benefits are currently active.
• The amount of your copay if you have one.
• Whether your deductible has been met.
• That your insurance policy covers mental health services.
• Whether or not you need a referral from your physician.

Out of pocket Rates

For those without insurance coverage, Simone offers a sliding fee scale.  The average cost per session is $100 - $180 per hour.
